Ding Ding Ding.. Christmas is definitely my favourite season of the year. This is also the period which I celebrates my hubby's birthday, my ROM anniversary followed by my birthday, all these within a span of 4 days. 🙂 ♥

Today is my hubby's birthday but I've got a surprise delivery to my office instead haha.. The deliveryman called and said that I've got a courier. I was away from my office then so I asked my colleague to help me receive the item. Didn't expect to receive this. Thanks Hun @estherksz for your help! Really paiseh about it 😘😘
Brought the hubby to the Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora at RWS to celebrate his birthday cos he loves fishing. Instead of admiring the fishes, the whole night he was telling me what's the best way to cook what type of fish haha.. 🐟🐠

Second course : Tartare of Pink Shrimp (Dashi Jelly, Compressed Watermelon, Avocado & Yuzu-Soy Reduction)
My main course: Seared Hokkaido Scallops 😋
Soup : Cream of Sunchoke (Buttered croutons, watercress & black truffle)
The hubby's main course – Wagyu Beef Onglet (Hanging Tender) Actually this is the main course for the set dinner. However as I don't eat beef, i have requested to change mine to the Seared Hokkaido Scallops.
Dessert from the set. Chocolate Passion (banana stew, 68%cocoa ice cream, passion fruit espuma)
And this is my dessert – Mont Blanc ( Hazelnut Meringue, chestnut paste & vanilla icre cream)
And this is complimentary – on the house #birthdaycake

The mini French loaf is really good!! 👍 Bost of us rated this as the best among all the food which we had tried. Hahaha yes, we prefer the simpler stuff. Those fine dining stuff are really not our cup of tea 😝😝
