Haidilao!

This is some "tart" given by a colleague today. Actually don't know how to call it as it's like a French loaf cum egg tart. It's very yummy though. πŸ˜‹πŸ‘

Dinner with a bunch of galfriends!I used to be really close to a few of these gals. Went through thick & thin. During some work incident last year, I was kinda of "betrayed" and we have stayed distant since. Since then it's all about work and we hardly interact outside of work context. Today's gathering was arranged as one of the galfren Chit is back from Switzerland. Not all are aware of the incident so I just pretend that never had happened. Anyway I agreed to go becos of Chit. #haidilao

This is Chit! She followed her Ang Mo husband back to his hometown in Switzerland since she got married a couple of years back. She is the most sotong legal counsel I've ever met. Don't tell her that hahaha πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

This is Haidilao's signature mix of condiments. Have you tried it before?

Here's how you can make your own version. Mix all the below ingredients together:

– celery granules
– coriander
– chives
– peanuts kernels
– peanuts
– beef
– garlic
– soybean sauce
– Thai chilli
– sesame oil
Lastly, pour abit of your soup base into the mixture. Voila and it's done!

Haidilao really lift up to its reputation when it comes to good service. They are famous for all their little gestures for their patrons…e.g. Plastic bag to keep your hp, hair bands to tie up your long hair, massager etc.. They spotted my preggy galfren so they brought her a back rest. And that's not all.

See the special starry apron? This is special apron for preggies and this helps to protect the baby from radiation. How sweet right!

Something red to match my plain blue dress β€οΈπŸ’™πŸ˜‰ #aotd #hermes
