Review : New Ubin Seafood :)

Sneaked off for dinner with fren and family 😝 was really looking forward to this dinner, which was arranged by @surerain. Have been seeing her posting pics of all the good food there.

I only realized that I've been there with my hub and his family previously when I reached the place. That's the problem with me, always follow blindly when I'm not behind the wheels 😁😁

This wall caught my attention the moment I stepped into the place. The menu.. How creative, so nice right!

It's a short working day for me as I'm on half day pm leave. How I wish every Friday is a half day working day. 😁😁

Been a long while since I last took the mrt. Glad that the high peak period is already over so no chance of becoming a sandwich 😝 Attended a meeting at MAS and I'm done for the day. πŸ˜‰

Didn't have any chance to nuar. Headed straight to Lavender food square with the hubby for lunch. Lunch crowd is already over. Glad we didn't have to queue for my fave wan ton noodles. 😁😁

First dish for the kids so that they can eat first. Wow, even the fried rice tasted so so good! The whole dish was wiped out even a few minutes. Guess everyone was already very hungry as it was already almost 8pm. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

Highlight of the meal…Sous Vide eggs with duck foie gras and truffle eggs. What a combi. Who would expect that you will get to eat this kind of exquisite food in a industrial park. Wow indeed super good. You will need advance preorder for this first. @shopaholicdeb and I were lucky to get to eat double portion of this. Yummy!! One more pls haha πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ‘πŸ‘

Steamed garlic bamboo clams.. Pretty normal. Lost it's appeal amongst all the other exquisite stuff πŸ˜πŸ˜‹

Madagascar Prawn sashimi.. It cost $16 each.

It looked like it has been cooked isn't it. Actually it's sashimi. And boy, the flesh is so so sweet, so fresh!! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ‘

And the essence is all in the head. It's a first for me to eat a raw prawn head.. Super rich, the roe is so creamy. One head is more than enough. πŸ˜πŸ‘

We called this our cholesterol loading meal hahaha πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Herbal prawns.. Noticed the size of the prawns? So damn big than the usual one we eat πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‹

Fried fish roe with petai and chinchalok. Another high cholesterol dish hahaha.. What a unique combo right? The chef is indeed very creative. So so yummy! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

This is only half of the crab. Everything is so big here lor. Like this dish.. Garlic crab, not very commonly seen in any restaurant. The garlics are smooth..yum!
