Enjoying my cuppa right now while waiting my laundry to be done. Glad that we are given one day to rest today, damn shagged, our flight only touched down at 12plus midnight. Slept at ard 2.30am.
Thought I could slept in a while but my biological clock must have known that today is a weekday, woke up at 7plus. In time to wake the hub up for work.
Gonna catch up abit of my house chores and then head to town to have lunch with @shopaholicdeb and mum.

Went grocery shopping with mum after lunch. Rare day that I have so much free time.. So bought some food as I'm whipping up dinner for the hub tonight hee.. Been a while since we cooked so my kitchen is pretty empty right now, don't even have those necessity like garlic and onions..
Mum packed some garlics, ginger, onions and prawns for me to bring home.. Her fridge has everything, no wonder it is always so full lor haha
Did the food preparation once I got home.
What's on the menu tonight?
Sesame Oil Chicken 麻油鸡
Nyonya Sambal Prawns
Fried assorted mushrooms
First.. Fry the sliced ginger with sesame oil.
Add in the diced chicken and stir well.
Add in some sugar, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
Add in some water and let it simmer with low 🔥🔥.
