Walking out for our breakfast..
Our breakfast place
Bought some watermelon on way back..
The hubs texted me to remind me to pack my luggage and don't miss my flight.
He said I've been away from home for too long hahaha
I'm not looking forward to the stacks of ironing lol 😅😅 Luckily he will do his own laundry when I'm away..
All thanks to my friend who tagged me in a FB post about the new HK Shabu Shabu in Taipei.
Read about it and was super excited as it's the first day of operation today. Hope to make it before my flight.
Called the restaurant a couple of days back and boy, the reservation line is really hot. 😅
Together with my cousin-in-law, both of us concurrently called the line.
Guess it was my lucky day.
Managed to get thru the line after around 8 unsuccessful calls.✌🏻️
Wanted to book for lunch but the only slot available today is the 3.45pm slot.
Here's the addy!
So here we are!
Yay, another achievement unlocked! ✌🏻️
Super poser 😆😆
Lost count of how many pics I've taken here. 😅
Kept my coaster as souvenir 😅
The mushroom cushions are super cute
Love this tatami style corner..
The cutlery set..
We ordered the seafood set..
HK shaped rice..
Curry croquette 😋😋
Apple Chawanmushi… Love the texture of it! 😋😋👍🏻
HK shaped carrot 😉👍🏻
Grape drink with HK jelly..
My soda drink… Very cute presentation 😉👍🏻
Tasted very nice as well!
Such a cute bottle!😍😍
We ordered tomato soup and pork bone soup.
The latter was really yummy while tomato soup is tad too bland.
Overall the experience is pretty good.
I'll definitely be back.
Food is generally pretty good, service wise, the people are friendly and helpful. Just that the operations is a little messy, which is inevitable on 1st day of operation.
Minimum spending per pax is NT390 for adults. NT150 for kids under the height of 120cm.
