Invisible new Instagram followers // Four Seasons // Movie Date

Noticed that there was a sudden surge in the no of followers in my IG yesterday.

Strange thing is, there's no new followers in the activity feed.

Told the sis and she encountered the same today. Anyone else encounter the same too?

Is IG going haywire already? 😅

So hope that IG will do something to rectify these soon. 😉

It's my first visit to the newly refurbished Capitol.

It's called Capitol Piazza now.

There's quite a number of eateries.

Not that many interesting retail shops, probably cos not all are opened yet.

Settled for Four Seasons in the end.

Never had the chance to try it during our schooling years in London XX years back. Too posh for us then. Would rather keep the spare cash for retail therapy 😅

Missed it again when we were in Bangkok recently. Opted for more Thai food instead haha

Surprisingly, the restaurant was not crowded at all.

One of their signature dish – Lobster noodles.

There's a UOB credit card promo now, 15% off for noodles dishes so the discount is applicable for this dish as well.

Reminded me of the one we had in London Chinatown, which served a bigger portion and cheaper at £24.99. 😋😋

香酥鸭, one of the few duck dishes which me and the sis can appreciate.

Don't like the wrap though, tasteless and it's quite tough. Prefer those egg crepe type.

Four Seasons are known for their roast duck so die die must order this. 😆

Verdict by the hubs – so so lor, nothing special 😆😆

What we appreciate better is the dark gravy. We actually ordered white rice just because we wanted to eat the gravy, @chloeyingen's fave 😋😋

So here's the legendary (well, at least to us lah lol) gravy.

We asked for extra gravy which they graciously gave. The hubs asked one staff for an extra portion, it took a while and he told another staff again.

So ended up we were given two extra portion. The second staff wanted to take it back when she saw the first bowl, I said "just give lah" #thickskin and so she reluctantly gave lor 😆😆

We even asked to dabao the remaining gravy (don't waste mah, anyway they will discard it).

The staff said need to pay additional $1 for the container. My mum commented "huh dabao also need to pay?" The staff probably overheard that and came back to say no need to pay extra. 😆😆
