Some volunteers came to deliver our #sg50 fun pack while we were away yesterday.
They left this note for us. π
Came here to meet an ex-colleague for lunch as she's having some training here.
Couldn't find the restaurant even though there's this signage.
Huh!!
The security guard told me that the restaurant is closed already.
So suay.
I suspected the restaurant used to be occupied by Parco Caffe which has since closed down.
So empty now π
Finally wore these out.
Hope it won't rain later.βπ»οΈ

Was driving around looking for eateries nearby and happened to drive pass Chotto Matte.
Was here once with @surerain and @shopaholicdeb for their dinner.
Still remember how great their foie gras dishes were ππ

Btw Chotto Matte means "Please wait a second in Japanese"..
Usually they will say in full "Chotto Mate Kudasai", in a more polite way…

Miso soup, salad and fruits are included in all set menu..
The dressing for the salad is really very refreshing, looks like some olive dressing..

Ordered the Black Cod with Sweet Purple Potato set.
Very interesting combi which turned out pretty delectable. ππ
Plus point was the set lunch was on 1-for-1 promo if you charge to UOB credit card. Wasn't expecting that till the staff told us when we were calling for bill.
They also have 15% off from their dinner menu.

Always have a thing for forensics related stuff. Should have studied this field when I was younger lol

Well the content is not as much as @chloeyingen who got hers at the recent NDP rehearsal.
She has scarf, hat and etc (many many more things)
Other than flags, there are also some food… Newater, haw flakes and coffee, all local brands to signify #SG50..

Dinner situation at 10.15pm after picking up the hubs from office.
Not much choice left for dinner at this hour. π
Love dipping my fries in ice cream (just the ice cream, not the choc fudge).
Have been doing this since young π.
Trust me.. It's a match made in heavenππ.
