A pretty outlet..

We are seated at a platform..

The sandwich is so yummy! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Updating my dayre 😁

πŸ“· by @shopaholicdeb

Wearing one of favourite buys from Hongdae πŸ˜‰

Thanks @shopaholicdeb for the pic.

Asked for takeaway even though we dined in cos this is simply too cute 😁

See, so cute 😍😍

Gotta salute the Koreans for their effort in recycling. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Gonna explore Bukchon Hanok Village today.

Super excited to check out those streets.

Hope mum won't complain after all the walking. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

In the cab on our way to Bukchon Hanok Village 😎😎

It's another sunny day today!

We're here!!

Seeking guidance from one of the tourist info guide..

Lots of photo-worthy structure here..

There are cafes here..

And lots of little boutiques..

Vintage dresses..

There's a Miss Lee Cafe here too..

Slopes ahead before we will reach Bukchon Hanok Village..

Oh no.. Mum's complaining already πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Reached one of the significant point, time to turn right..

Turn right and more slopes ahead πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

And then down slope again πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Comfortable footwear is recommended if you're coming here..

Yay, finally we are here.. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜Ž

Here for lunch!

Take Subway to Gyeongbukgung Station (Line 3) and go to Exit No.2.

Samgyetang and pajeon for lunch!

Probably one of the best pajeon I've tasted todate..

Best to come in pants too 😁

Check out the ladies in Hanbok behind us..

Mirror reflection at Gyeongbukgung.

Next up, Insadong!

Exit 6 at Anguk Station to head to Insadong..

Lots of cultural stuff here..

They even plant lettuce at the roadside..

Psy and KSH πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

Poo waffle anyone?πŸ˜†

Another arty farty building..

😍😍😍😍

So cute..

These are quite nice too..

The Face Shop in Korean.. This is probably the only place you will find shop names in Korean words..

Laneige

Γ‰tude House..

Starbucks Coffee

Time for Bingsu again! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

😎

This is so yum!! The cornflakes, red beans and rice cakes combi is superb!!πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Tea break at Isaac Toast.

Here's the addy!

The menu is more extensive compared to the Myeongdong outlet.

We ordered Shrimp toast and Potato Toast to share.

The latter is just so-so while the Shrimp is the bomb!πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

The price for the Shrimp Toast..

They have Bulgogi Toast too..

Dinner date with Cheon Song Yi πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

For pictorial demonstration only πŸ˜…

Another must-eat in Korea – ιΈ‘ε•€ πŸ”πŸΊ

This is simply too good. So tender and the spices on the batter is just.. Simply perfect.

Mum also said she never enjoy chicken as much as tonight πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Fish cake soup, the soup is pretty good.

Earlier today at Bukchon Hanok Village

Clear blue sky made this quaint village even more picturesque than what it already is.

Lot of photo opps at the gates..

Lost count of how many gates we have passed by..

Mum couldn't understand why we have to take so many pics when they looked almost the same πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

This was another one taken by @chloeyingen

And the best pose award goes to…. Ms @chloeyingen πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

…which was a pose inspired by Ms Carrie Wong πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Hiding away at a shady corner again while the sis and I were snapping away πŸ˜…

We made mum pose too so that she won't feel left out πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Anyway Bukchon is a residential area so patrons are expected to keep their volume down while walking around..

However, the PRCs who passed by this area don't seem to care πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

This bunch of kids who were laughing and singing along were being excused though 😁

Anyway, we were kinda suay today as we failed to visit two of the cafes we intended to visit today.

Firstly it was Cath's Cafe. So sad that it has closed down..

We last saw people posting pics about the cafe in August this year.

Guess it may have ceased its operations from September onwards. πŸ˜”

The furnitures are still intact..

Such a pity..πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

Look at those pretty furniture…

Went Sungshin Women's University area, wanted to bring the sis and niece to Rilakkuma Cafe (Aka Capi Capi Loom Loom).

Unfortunately, the cafe is no longer in sight. πŸ˜”

Luckily we found Isaac Toast there so we didn't have to leave the place with much disappointment. Glad that we got to try their yummy Shrimp Toast. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

We even had the chance to bump into cute Eeyore who gladly posed for us πŸ˜†

He even bidded us goodbye as we parted πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

With my niece at Teenie Weenie earlier today..

Decked in knit dress from #shoplittu today, matched with my KW5,000 (ard $6) black T which @chloeyingen bought for me at GoTo Mall.
