The Reveal of the BIG pressie

Good morning everybody!!

As promised, I'll reveal my BIG present by this morning since so many people are eager to see what's inside. 😁

Didn't know so many people are interested haha..

Anyway, feeling damn tired now. It's been a long while since I went K. Had so much fun!

However, I could really feel some discomfort at my throat (hope it's my tonsil 😓) when I woke up this morning.

Okay.. Here's my birthday present!

See.. I knew my hubs too well. He will only get me functional stuff. 😁

I'll probably be upset if he gets me a wok of something. 😆

But I'm very happy with this. 😁 I've been wishing for this for a long time cos good leh, can be a really good helper for me.

Guess my hubs decided to get me this after seeing a TVB show recently. A guy bought this for his pianist galfren and they even gave it a pet name.

He named this "Cool Coolie" btw, copied from the show. No originality. 😂😂

Early birthday celebration

Here's the dinner venue as suggested by my sis.

They do serve very decent Thai food so I'm not sure why the restaurant was rather empty on a Friday night.

This is their signature Watermelon Fried Rice.

Yes, this is not a typo error, it really is watermelon. 🍉

Sounds like a meh creation, but it is in fact very good.

We ordered both the typical pineapple🍍 version and this🍉. The latter won praises from mostly everyone of us and we even ordered a second portion. 😋😋

Another dish which I was truly impressed with – Salted egg squids which doesn't feel jelat after eating lots. 👍🏻😋

This was another recommended dish! 😋👍🏻

Presenting to you.. Cake for me and my sis.

Only me as my poor twin was down with high fever and had to rest at home. 😔

The cake was inspired by this Ez-link card which is my sis's favourite character.

I'm so used to have my sis together with me during such moments.😆

It was cut that way so that we could bring this back for my sis. 😊

This boy, whom I really adored. He's a photocopy of his Daddy.

Don't be deceived by his size though, he's only 12 years old. I'll try to take a pic with him every year to track the height difference. 😆

And we ended the night with a K session, something which we haven't done in ages and had forgotten how fun it was.😆🎤🎤

Doing a last minute packing now and we will be heading to town for a staycation this weekend.

Packing two luggages, one for the staycation and one for my trip back to Penang. 😊
