Wanted to catch those countdown shows of Taipei but the hubs wanted to watch some BBC show. 😤
Okay, never mind I shall update my Dayre instead.
Everybody seems to be doing a recap of 2015.
My memory is really failing me, especially under the influence of the medicines now. 😂
So I cheated, had to go back and read on my previous posts. Pretty tiring I tell you, gave up by the time I was at mid-2015 posts.
Highlights of Q1 2015
IGers studded wedding
One of the highlights of my Q1 was attending @whitechoco's wedding.
She's one of the first Igers-turned friend. We bumped into each other by chance at the Safari Run a couple of years back.
Call it fate if you may. 😉
The night felt kinda surreal as I got to meet quite a few igers. Some of them are actually quite famous somemore.

Joined the longest Q in my life
Last week of March was a solemn week for many of us.
Still felt a bit surreal that we actually queued for nearly 8 hours.
No complains and no regret.
Glad to have made it there to pay our last respects for this great man.
Glad that my hubs was able to join my family for a short getaway to HK amidst his busy schedule.
The last holiday both of us went together with my mum and sis was back in 2009, during my honeymoon. 😉
Another memorable moment, we queued for 2.5 hours to get into Chanel.
Damn crazy I know 😅, that was when Chanel was having their global prices harmonization.
My mum was even being interviewed by a TVB personality while we were in the queue.
I took the chance to take a pic with her. 😆
Highlights of Q2 2015
Went to support one of our IG friend @luvloraine at her newly opened boutique. @shoplittu
It felt that we have known each other for a long time even though it was our first time meeting her irl then. #powerofsocialmedia
Closed chapter of my working life
Lunch with my colleagues on my last day before I started my sabbatical leave.
My ex-boss was really nice to arrange and bought me this farewell lunch then.
My boss didn't even speak a word or look at me on that day. 🙄
First family trip with my in-laws
They have been talking for years and the trip finally realised.
We made a trip to Chiang Mai and Bangkok.
I'm easy with the venue so long it's not China. 😆
Glad that I got to know a bit more about my hubs' siblings through this trip.
I concurred the Tiger Kingdom
I'm really timid especially so when come to animals, or any living creatures if you may say.
Was quite amazed that I actually braved though the Tiger Kingdom and had intimate moments with them. 😅
All gals trip to BKK
Thankful for being to go on a short trip with my mum, sis, cousin and my nieces.
Our last trip together was to Paris back in 2010.
It's not easy to arrange a trip now as it can only happen during school holiday. Even more challenging with different duration and dates between Malaysia and Singapore.
Sisters trip to Osaka and Taipei
Went on sisters trip with @shopaholicdeb, our first free and easy trip to Osaka.
Thankful for getting the approval of our mum and my hubs for this trip, the furthest the two of us have been to alone.
Anyway, we were alone only for two full days as my cousin joined us from Taipei. Glad that we also managed to hop over to Taipei for a few days thereafter. 😉
Highlights of Q3 2015
Mum's first F&E trip to Seoul
Finally a trip to Seoul, just the four of us.
It was Mum's first free and easy trip to Seoul. Glad she had enjoyed the itinerary @shopaholicdeb had planned out.
We were all donned in white that day as it was polling day. 😁
My first blind date 😆
Was super nervous when I went for this blind date. I think @surerain and @shopaholicdeb were also as kan cheong as me then.
Super nervous as I don't know how they look irl. 😅
Luckily the meetup was a success without having to bring a red rose to identify ourselves. 😆

DC Justic League Run
Attended the first DC league run and we were in the persona of Wonder Woman.
Never seen so many action heroes in my life. 😆
Thankful that my niece @chloeyingen managed to recover from food poisoning in time for the run.
Thank you to everyone who have brought a smile to my life for this past year. Including those comments that you have left on my dayre. I truly appreciate that. 😘😘
Special mention to @tiggerte who always insisted on footing the bill when we had lunch / dinner together as she said that I'm not earning any income currently. 😘
Thanks to @surerain for being my shopping, cafehopping kaki and of cos the free meals too. 😘
Highlights of Q4 2015
Sadly to say, my health hasn't been on the best note since late October.
Firstly high fever for a couple of days and then kena HFMD.
Okay for a month and then got hit by Tonsilitis. And since then it had triggered for three times.
Due to visit an ENT specialist in five days time.
Hopefully an operation will help to resolve though I'm feeling damn scared.
Hoping for a better health in 2016. 🙏🏻
My 2nd Hello Kitty Run
Went for my 2nd Hello Kitty run with @whitechoco and our hubs.

Was dragging myself for the whole 5km as I was feeling rather restless with the fever kicking in then. 😅
Was thinking that some sweat may helped to subside the fever.
Unfortunately it didn't and I even had to go to the A&E during midnight. 😅 Hahaha, what a day!
