Bro wanted to try the Michelin Hawker Chan Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken.
He read reviews that there will be queue of approx 2 hours so he went after his breakfast and he was planning to dabao back for lunch.
He reached there at around 9.45am, to his surprise, the queue was rather short leh 😂 There were only 2 Japanese ahead of him.
So he managed to dabao his lunch at 10.10am. 🤣
He went to the restaurant at Smith Street so that probably explains why queue is shorter.
My first time trying this.. the chicken is really tender (yes even the breast meat are tender 👍🏻).
Love their plain noodles, so Q and flavorful. Mum was very pleased with their plain hor fun too.
